The purpose of explorations - studying of laws of formation of casts with the differentiated structure and properties from pig-iron and a steel. Methods of explorations - metal pouring-in in shape with application of intrauniform modifying, a thermal analysis of processes of crystallisation, metallographical and durometrical methods of exploration of structure and properties. Results of explorations - became studied features of crystallisation at refrigeration in moulding boxes of the various sizes. Structures depending on a thickness of walls of casts became characterised. It is developed saving energy mode of a heat treatment of a steel for reception structures of bainite in finished articles. Crystallisation processes pig-irons in an interval eutecticum and eutectoid transformations are studied. Technological features of reception of skilled casts with the differentiated structure and properties СЧ-БЧ, СЧ-ВЧШ, БЧ-ВЧШГ with a combination of properties are investigated, by modifying initial base grey and white pig-irons is direct in a casting mould. Novelty - the method of computer modelling of differentiation of structure and properties in separate parts or zones of casts is offered. From pig-iron the technics of refrigeration of casts is developed for reception of demanded structure. It is developed saving energy mode of a heat treatment of a steel for reception structures of bainite in finished articles. Efficiency of introduction - results of explorations allow to expand the nomenclature of bimetallic products from steels and pig-irons, the differentiated which structure allows to provide high operational firmness.
