Purpose - an exception of negative influence of magnetism on the technological processes of welding and metal-working. Methods - analysis and synthesis of planimetric models of magnetism of constructions, methods of the theoretical electrical engineering and generally accepted methods of estimation of results of measurings. The methods of demagnetization of technical objects with the current and magnetized sources of the magnetic field got further development, that allowed to formulate principles of construction of the effective systems of local demagnetization of technical objects and decrease negative influence of magnetism on the row of technological processes, in particular, welding of loaded busways of cells and pipes of main pipelines. Results were implemented by Association "Kharkovneftemash" in the industrial production of the demagnetizing devices for the pipes of large diameter. Recommendations on the use of results: a) on main pipelines for providing of the high-quality welding; b) on pipe factories for providing of requirements on the level of magnetized of pipes; c) at metal-working of ferromagnetic details for the exception of adhesion of shaving and dross; d) on busways of industrial cells for providing of the high-quality welding.
