Сoncentration limits of stability of solid solutions of ZnO-meO are determinated. The direct correlation of stability of solid solutions Me1-xZnxO with nature of Me2+ cation was established. A microstructure and thermal stability of received metastable compounds were studied. Magnetic and transport functional properties of cubic solid solutions of the Fe1-xZnxO system were studied both at normal conditions and at high pressure (at 20 C). It was established that they are paramagnetic compounds with semiconductor type of temperature dependence of conductivity at normal conditions. By the method of diffraction of synchrotron radiation with the use of the high pressure apparatus MAX-80 initial mixtes of ZnO-NiO, ZnO-CoO, ZnO-FeO and ZnO-MnO systems and the solid solutions of these binary systems were explored. At high pressures the coefficients of thermal expansion of ZnO oxides have been established. Equilibrium phase р,Т ZnO-diagram has been built. The isobar sections of phase diagram of the ZnO-FeO system were built in the range of pressures from 0,1 MPa to 8 GPa. A change of topology of phase diagram of the MgO-ZnO system at the increase of pressure up to 8 GPa was predicted.
