The way of construction of new models of complex social systems which are based on a principle of application of cellular automatic devices is considered, but in view of properties of individuals as compound such systems. Approaches to construction of new models socio-economical systems are found. New models are constructed in view of properties of a prediction and is considered their application to problems of management of transport streams and to problems of decision-making. The approach to organic association of advantages of models of different type is developed. Ways of inclusion of properties maltiagent the approach in the general{common} circuit of a class of models with properties of associative memory are offered. Classes of problems for socio-economical systems where there is a necessity of application of such models are considered.
