The aim of the work is the development of methodology of remote characterization of gas hydrate deposition and gas recovery of sea bottom. Methods of investigation are analytical methods and mathematical modeling. Models for interpretation and inversion of acoustic data into parameters of gas emission are developed. Methods of acoustic diagnostics of gassy layers of the bottom depositions using phase structure of echo signals and effects of nonlinear wave interaction are suggested and proved.
