The purpose of researches - to install correspondence between various approaches to the description of growth of tissues; to make computing and full-scale experiments. To research possibility of usage of gradient methods to identification of elastic and thermoelastic deformation of multicomponent continua. Methods of research and equipment - serial application of models of continuum. Gradient methods of identification. 1. PC Quadro FX 3800 station for calculations, 2. Phytothrone АСК-280/33 for cultivation of sprouts, 3. Microscope DINO-Lite AMNO, USB AM 313 T5 500x are used. The current state of mechanics of transport-growth processes in biological continua has been analyzed. Models of media with components of differentially growing phases and division have been developed. Experiments related with a restriction in their growth and external loading have been carried out. Model parameters have been identified. Calculations of parameters of fiber-reinforced composites with optimum mechanical characteristics have been carried out. Methods of controlling the growth of biological material have been developed. Questions of mathematical modelling of growth of tumors have been researched. The complex of researches which concern the high-precision numerical analysis of intense-deformed and thermoelastic states of spherical and compound layered spherical hollow bodies have been carried out. Optimum control questions of such media have been investigated. Explicit expressions of gradients of functional-residuals for identification of various parameters of problems of an elastic and thermoelastic deforming of spherical and layered spherical hollow bodies have been received.
