Electronic reference books for technologies of growing of alfalfa (with the use on a green forage and seeds) and soy (seminal and feed-stuff) in the conditions of irrigation of the South Ukraine, which include electronic blocks, are formed: organizational-economic; crop rotations; sorts for the terms of irrigation; systems of treatment soil; systems fertilizer; integrated protection of plants; regime irrigation; harvest works; post-harvest revisions. Works on creation of programming-information complex are complete "Irrigation", which allows conducting planning and operative management by the modes of irrigation of basic with cultures depending on their biological necessities, initial water supply, intensity of average daily evaporation and etc. at local production level. The automated system is formed "Integrated system of protection plants", the informative blocks of fight against harmful organisms which are directed on the increase of economic indicators of different methods of protection and decline of pressure on surrounding an environment are represented in which.
