The work purpose - to prove preconditions, to develop methodology and osteosynthesis principles carbon implantates at crises in metaphyseal and metadiaphyseal zones of long bones at people of advanced age, and on their basis - new ways of connection of bone fragments by means of carbon implantates. Research methods - teoretiko-analytical, experimental, modelling, morphological, electrochemical (NTU ХПИ). The system of representations about optimum conditions for reparates regenerations of a bone fabric at patients of advanced age after an osteosynthesis is created; methodological principles of an osteosynthesis carbon implantates which it will be possible to base on original technologies of treatment of patients of advanced age with metaphyseal and metadiaphyseal of long bones of finitenesses are revealed. New modified kind УУКМ is developed and basic possibility of its use in quality implantes is proved. In experiment physical qualities of a new material for an osteosynthesis metaphyseal and metadiaphyseal fractures are studied. The mathematical model is developed for studying of features of the is intense-deformed condition at an osteosynthesis metaphyseal and metadiaphyseal fractures by different types of clamps.
