Aim: to study the process of reparative osteogenesis, relations and mechanism of the development of posttraumatic changes in the tissues of injured segment in experiment model and in clinical conditions in patients depending upon the type of deformity and term of its presence. Methods: conceptual, mathematical, experimental modeling, roentgenographic study, sonography, electromyography, morphological investigation. Conceptual modeling of the development of tibia posttraumatic deformity syndrome showed the necessity of complex evaluation of all changes accompanying posttraumatic deformity at all levels of moving system: “lumbar spine - … - foot”. Interrelation between range of deformity and tension in soft tissue component at injured segment was revealed as a result of mathematic modeling using final element method. New data about the course of reparative osteogenesis and adaptive - compensatory changes in tendon-muscle complex were obtained in the course of experimental modeling. Clinical-diagnostic algorithm was worked out; it, on the base of conceptual model of the development of tibia posttraumatic deformity syndrome, will allow working out and substantiating individual approach to patients’ treatment.
