M.I.Sitenko popup.description2 Object: neuromediator processes in pain syndromes of skeletal and muscle systems. Purpose: to investigate influence of changes in monoaminergic substances concentration and in cholinesterase activities on condition of functional systems of organism and on course of pain syndromes. Methods: biochemical, electrophysiological, ultrasonographical. Results: There is established that in miofascial pain syndromes misalignment of serotonin metabolism and its neuromediator function play the key role in mechanism of develop of pathological process. Decreasing of catecholamine secretion against a background of increasing of spontaneous bioelectrical activities in muscles having pain syndrome is established in neuropathy syndromes. Vegetalgiс pain syndromes were characterized by high level of serotonin excretion in blood plasma and spastic and tonic region vessels reactions.
