It was istablished that in a period from birth to 18 months age the animals of pedigree reproductor SW "EF of KIAP" of NAAS had higher indexes of growth and development. A difference after living mass in 6 months was 28,8 kg (P<0,01), in 12 months-92,9 kg (P<0,001), in 15 months - 104,6 kg (P<0,001) and 18 months - 107,8 kg. A difference after average daily increases was within the limits of 0,159..0,255 g. Calves which were borne in winter and in autumn, were marked by greater living mass (on 7,2%), indexes of absolute and average daily increases (3,5%) and measurings of build (12,8%). Researches of etological conduct showed the diminution of duration of lieing with age: bulls - on 26,0%, heifers - on 30,0%. It was set the increase of duration of motion with age on 39,0% for bulls and 17,0 % for heifers, extention of duration of consumption of feed on 4,0% and 5,0% and the duration of drink on 42% in both sexual-age groups.
