The principal reasons which influence the unusing of innovative achievements in the agroindustrial production are the constituents of two blocks of factors: financially - economic (absence of sufficient circulating capital, absence of state mechanism of investing of introduction of innovations and insufficient development of competitive market of agroindustrial production) and informative-consultative (the insufficient being informed of agricultural producers about the last scientific achievements and absence of highly skilled innovative managers). Effective development of agriculture the agroindustrial producers of the Kirovograd area first of all see in the permanent anti-crisis financially - economic state which depends on forming of stable prices on agricultural products, accessible not high bank credits, that will provide the renewal of basic production funds. The main measures in matter of transfer of agroindustrial production on scientifically grounded system of conduct should become: the introduction of new modern technologies of growing of agroindustrial crops; a rational conduct of the field crop rotations; the application of new modern machinery; the adjusted system of seed-growing.
