Object of the investigation: models of neurosystems and means of modelling nonlinear dynamics in GRID. Goal of the stage: Development of models and a system of modelling nonlinear neurodynamics in GRID. Method: theoretical development, computer modelling, practical implementation and testing. Described are the results of the work that was carried out on development of models, mathematical support and means of modelling nonlinear dynamics in GRID. Developed was the mathematical support for modelling dynamics of nonlinear, including neurosystems, that are described with phenomenological models Kuramoto and Kuramoto-Sakaguchi for phase oscillators as well as realistic model based on the equations of Hodgkin-Huxley-Katz. Properties of the models mentioned have been investigated. Developed were computing cluster, GRID-resource, virtual organization and simple interface for GRID access. Conclusions about the effectiveness of the system mentioned and about plans for future work were made.
