The purpose of investigation - study of distribution of viral infections by the method of PCR, ethological reactions of bees, dynamics of species composition changes of bee gut organisms in different seasons as well as effect of available microorganisms and its metabolites of biological properties of infectious disease agents. Methods of investigations are epizootological, parasitological, microbiological. Theoretical and practical results. The investigation of imago samples from sick families with the help of PCR given an opportunity to determine the occurrence of stripes which met to the electrophoretic mobility of RNA viruses of acute bee paralysis, chronic viral bee paralysis and deformed wing. High indexes of antagonistic activity of L. plantarum, isolated from melliferous bee are determined. There were established differences in ability of bee imago to clean the body and affected brood of mite. Though it was not affected on dynamics of development of magnitude of varroa population in experimental groups of bee families. Results of laboratorial tests testify the data about absence of varroa resistance to fluvalinate and amitrise, which were carried out in conditions of apiary during the period of realization of miticidal treatment of bee families. Novelty - there was obtained new data about distribution of infectious bee diseases as well as new knowledge about presence of families, stable to varroa mite and resistant mite populations to basic parathyroids. Efficiency of introduction: 15 percent improvement of scientific researches. The sphere (field) of application it are laboratories of veterinary medicines, beekeeping, private apiaries.
