Purpose of the work - epizootological monitoring at brucellosis, ram infectious epididymitis, clamidiosis, determination of basic factors of ictus rise and development of epizootic process, detection, indication and typing of agent cultures, differential diagnostics, development of proper methodical reccomendations at diagnostics and prophylaxis of stated diseases; improvement and development of new methods of serological screening and updating of diagnosis on brucellosis and clamidiosis with the use of traditional and newest technologies with the purpose of support of efficiency of antiepizootic measures; development of national standards of positive brucellosis and brucellaovis sera and antigens, its validation concerning international standards; additional work, approvement of normative documentation on preparing and control of experimental samples of biological preparations (vaccines, diagnosticums), development of changes to TC of ntroduced diagnosticums. Methods of investigation: epizootological, immunological, bacteriological, molecular-and-genetic. Results of epizootological monitoring at brucellosis, ram infectious epididymitis, chlamydiosis, yersiniosis are generalized. Two modification of application of rose bengal sample according to the epizootic situation are developed. Serological investigations testify about wider circulation of yersiniosis agent (Yersinia enterocolitica O3, O6.30, O9) among cattle and swine than sheep. The tendency of seropositivity increase in researches of ram infectious epididymitis is registered. From positive reacting rams are isolated and identified cultures of disease agent. Laboratorial regulations of PCR application for determination of contamination of biomaterial and ejaculates by the agent of Brucella ovis are developed. The project "Instructions at measures of prophylaxis and fight with ram infectious epididymitis (Brucella ovis infection)" is elaborated. Realized serological investigations testify about wide distribution of chlamydiosis in farms. There are isolated and identified the culture of Chlamydia from sheep. In coauthorship there is developed the test-system for identification of DNA Chlamidia by the PCR method. There were developed experimental samples of "National standard of NSC "IECVM" Anti-Brucella abortus serum" against strain B. abortus 19 biovar 1, activity in AT 1000 IU/cm3. Comparative tests of native national standard with antigen of strain B. abortus 99 biovar 1 (VLA, Weybridge, DMNVRI, Pulawy) testify about identical specificity and activity. There was developed, approbated and registered the normative documentation on preparation, control and application of bioprepations: "Bivaccine inactivated emulsified against Chlamidia and Brucella ovis infections (TC U 24.4-00497087-023:2007), "Vaccine inactivated emulsified against ram infectious epididymitis" (TC U 24.4-00497087-021:2007), "Kit of components for serological identification and differentiation of cultures Yersinia enterocolitica" of serovariants O3, O5, O6.30, O8, O9 (TC U 24.4-00497087-065:2007). There was developed the method of formulation and computer accounting of results of micromethod of complement fixation test with numeral determination of hemolysis delay level at diagnosis of bactericidal diseases (brucellosis, ram infectious epididymitis, chlamydiosis). There was developed the method of formulation and accounting of competitive immunoferment analyze for determination of antibodies at bactericidal diseases (brucellosis, ram infectious epididymitis, chlamydiosis) on the base of specific commercial antigens.
