Purpose of the work - determination of interrelation mechanism of different components of helminthofauna and ectoparasites on the host in system of parasite-and-host relations. Methods of investigation: ecologo-faunistic, biocenologic, molecular-and-biological, immuno-biochemical, copro- and larvoscopic, epizootologic and statistic. There was studied spreading and species composition of bloodsucking arthropods of battery farms of Kharkov region and Crimea. Screening of some bloodsucking arthropods involving genetic material of virus agents of animal and avian diseases were carried out. There was studied spreading and species composition of biting midges of Poltava and Kharkiv region. Immunobiological aspects of influence of intestinal nematodes in the system "parasite-host" were studied. There were determined invasive properties of intestinal nematode agents under the effect of environmental factors (temperature, moisture) treatment and prophylactic means.
