Evaluation of morphological and biological characteristics was carried out according to the classifier L.V. Semenova (1982). Combining ability of varieties conducted by the method of V.K. Savchenko (1973) . Result of research - carried out a detailed study of the best collection samples of tobacco, which can be used by their usual grounds in breeding for cigar availability and was grown and recorded in the Register of Plant Varieties of Ukraine a new variety of tobacco Bravyj 200.
