Purpose of research - to improve methods and technological elements of growing spicy flavoring plants, to carry out the technology of cultivation of these plants for seed purpose. Worked out technology of spicy flavoring plants growing for seed purpose. Yield of spicy pepper is on average 11,9 t / hа, that on 2,3 higher than the control, the yield of seeds from one fruit is 1,5 g.To obtain the leafy masses of high quality will be the best to cut melissa every 45 days. Yield is 10.6 t/ ha, which exceeds the control variant at 1.0 t/ ha. For the seed purpose it will be better to grow melissa without cutting. Then we get the seeds with high seeding rates and yields on average - 202.6 kg / ha. To obtain high yield of hyssop it is necessary to cut stalks at a height 10-12 cm. We obtain yields of overground mass of 22.7 t / ha. The yield of essential oil is of 1.52% on a.s.m. and dry matter 33.0%. Seed yield is in the range of 365 kg / ha.
