It gives trends in researches of the most promising circuit solutions of the monitor instruments for control of parameters of devices and processes of non-explosive UXO disposal. A mathematic simulation of a ballistic barrel in a stress condition and the strength calculations and calculations of mechanical characteristics of the barrels and the stands were done. Optimization of the parameters of interior ballistics of a water-get disrupter was done. The work describes the models of interaction of a jet with a barrier, and gives methods for determination of the parameters of external and interior ballistics of a water-jet disrupter. An analytical research of methods for determination of the pressure at an explosion front was done. The work describes the development and research of the circuit solutions of units for monitoring and measurements of parameters of the devices and processes of water-jet UXO disposal: pressure in a disrupter barrel and on a barrier with the use of piezoelectric sensors, efflux velocity of the head of a jet with the help of optic sensors, energetic parameters of the jet by ballistic pendulum with an accelerometer. The work explains the development and research of circuit solutions of control modules of parameters of instruments and processes of deacidification, a module for electrolyte and reagent temperature control in particular, a control module of stress of electrochemical processing at forming the holes in UXO cases, etc. A synthesis of the system of automatic control of the process of deacidification of explosive material was done. The work proves, develops and researches a proportional-integral-differential algorithm for control of the process of deacidification.
