Improved of methods of calculation and defined nonequilibrium coefficients of distribution between phases and investigated the effect of technological factors on them. The model of the physical and chemical interactions in obtaining manganese alloys was developed and the mechanism of melt in a bath of ferroalloy furnaces was determined. Recommendations to reduce the amount of dissolved gases in obtaining high-carbon steel was developed. The modes of deoxidation was developed for save materials and to create conditions for obtaining steel with low content of nonmetallic inclusions and the selection of their chemical composition. Calculations was shown that during the reduction of oxides of iron and zinc from charge, which include iron-bearing waste from metallurgical manufacture and fine-dispersed coal screening, can be received pig iron, zinc oxide and slag, which can be used as cement. The results of experimental studies of kinetics of the items shown the opportunity of recovery of briquettes from iron-bearing waste.
