The objective of operation - conducting of a not destroying control of sensing units in devices with thermal sensors, development of techniques of a not destroying control on base ferromodulation of sensing units, creation of the topographical circuits nanodimensional of defects, and also development of effective methods of processing of the thermographic images. Methods of a research - laser scanning microscopy, atomic power microscopy, dynamic methods of a research of the characteristics thermal пиросенсоров, methods of conversion of vectors і of matrixes, methods of mathematical statistics and digital processing of signals, methods of operation with gray scale images, computer mathematical and numerical methods. The microresearches topography of defects of sensing units of thermal sensors are conducted. The topography of destroyed sections for forecasting of local points of appearance of microcracks on sections of connections of units of thermal sensors is systematized. The determined step mathematical model of destruction of sections of sensing units of thermal sensors is developed. The features of the actual object are considered: the function of a magnetization in limited area is localized; rectangular geometry of the form of area of a magnetization; the area is not limited, in which the view point is located; dependence of a magnetic field of a defect on two coordinates. The simulation has shown, that the areas of calculation of a field of defects unlimited, therefore at forecasting of cracks the expediency of application of vector nonlinear integral equations of the Fredholm II of a kind is proved. The computing experiment of check of a model has shown, that the obtained outcomes well correlate with theoretical data. The research of effect of an external electrical field of the electrostrictive characteristic of ferroelectrics is conducted. It is offered to use: the longitudinal extension and transversal compression of a dielectric in an electrical field - in unpolarized ceramics; large electrostriction - for anhysteretic of handle of micromovings, that enables to control electroindicating piezoelectric effect and can be used in nonlinear audio devices, anhysteretic micropositioners. For improving the thermographic images the new method of processing with use вейвлетов is developed, that has advantages above Fourier-methods as in the common and exact image of functions, and in their various local features. In an outcome of use wavelet-construction techniques to the thermographic images their quality is increased on the average by 28 %. The outcomes, obtained in operation, will allow to anticipate and beforehand to reveal defects of sensing units of thermal sensors in the different environments іи at different external effects. Probable estimates of development of objects of a research - use in a complex with methods of the systems analysis at ecological monitoring, which is included in the main definitions of the system of monitoring of constant development.
