Materials research: the period of research from 2008 to 2010 the research of epidemiological indicators of brain injury in rural populations, and their dynamic changes during 2005-2009 For the goal we analyzed the following medical records of patients with acute craniocerebral trauma in the Vinnytsia region: - 280 histories of patients receiving department logs, Cover Letters, statistical maps of patients who were treated at the hospital with acute g.Vinnitsy CCT received in the rural area of central region - 373 patients with histories of South-Western Region; - 5037 Statistical maps of patients with craniocerebral trauma in rural areas.The dynamics of changes of epidemiological indicators CCT rural population in response to social factors.Results: The characteristic features of CCT received among the rural population of Ukraine by the example of the region Vinnytsia region, the main deficiencies of care at the prehospital stage as well as in non-specialized medical institutions of primary and secondary level. The need for adherence to treatment protocols in CCT doctors who provide assistance to victims of craniocerebral trauma (trauma, neurology) at the district and district hospitals in rural areas. The presence of the influence of social factors on the Dynamics of CCT, such as: global financial crisis, the prohibition of selling alcohol after 21 hours, increase fines for traffic violations.
