The computations of integral indices and correlation between biomarkers were realized, methodologies for evaluating adaptation of bivalves metallothioneins to model stress and pollution of freshwater ecosystems hazard were developed based on comparative analysis metallothioneins, DNA and other stress proteins. The recommendations on the application of research results were exploited.
