Task of research - study of biodiversity, systematics and host-parasitoid connections of entomophagous insects, and also ways of formation and functioning of ecological complexes of entomophages of most important species and groups of insects-pests. Methods of research - traditional entomological methods of collecting and rearing of entomophagous insects in a laboratory conditions, and molecular-genetic research and study of morphological structures using electronic scanning microscope. Ecological, faunistic and morpho-biological research was conducted for nine groups of parasitic insects: ormyrids, eurytomids, torymids, entedonins, trichogrammatids, encyrtids, microgasterines, scelionids, and also for predaceous formicids and some lepidopterans (noctuids) of the fauna of Ukraine and adjusted territories. The research of some species of encyrtids, trichogrammatids and scelionids in Rovno amber was conducted. 248 species and 18 genera were described as s new for the science. As the result of this research, 170 scientific papers 74 meeting's Abstracts and 4 monographic books were published.
