The purpose of research to develop technology composting cattle manure and Ukrainian phosphate with active phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms. Methods of investigation are standard methods of microbiological, biochemical, agrochemical, field studies and mathematical statistics. During studies of selected active strain phosphate-mobilizing bacteria, executed an invention "Strains of bacteria Pseudomonas putida to obtain bio-organic fertilizer". Technological parameters of cattle manure biocomposting with Ukrainian phosphorites with the specified strain are optimized. Industrial regulations to produce bio-organic fertilizer and Fosfohuminu Specifications Ukrainian biocomposting the process are developed. An invention "Bioorganic Fosfohumin fertilizer" are applied. The technology allows the use of low phosphorus and receive Р2О5 bio-organic fertilizer, enriched with soluble forms of phosphate, which is intended for use in agriculture to improve plant growth and development, optimizing their phosphorus supply and improve product quality are developed. The efficiency of composts, which obtained with derived of active participation phosphate-mobilizing microorganisms, was tested using technology in the cultivation of cucumbers and cabbage.
