This equipment is based on measurement of non-stationary photo-electromotive force in photoconducting crystal that occurs in the investigated materials when its surface is lighting by vibrational interference picture. Creating such device is needed for both basic and applied research, attributable to the development of new and traditional materials with desired and controlled transport parameters and to create new electronic devices based on various materials including thin films and nano-materials. Such studies, in particular, opens new perspectives for further development of new highly sensitive laser vibrometer.
