It has been shown that induced dynamic anisotropy of refractive index of the matrix is the origin of the phenomena. The anisotropy appears due to the influence of nonlinear-optical effects, which accompany the process of propagation of powerful laser pulses in a transparent isotropic media (glasses of different nature): optical Kerr effect, multi-photon absorption and ionization of the substance with the appearance of two-component plasma, filamentation phenomena (separation of solid light flow into separate discrete treks of micron thickness). Time gate of the above nonlinear-optical phenomena and their contribution into surface plasmon dynamics have been determined. For the fist time, the possibility of micro-waveguides recording induced by filaments has been shown, that can be used in nanophotonic device development.
