The purpose of the work - finding histogenetic mechanisms of adaptation of bony skeleton and hematopoietic organs under the lowering mechanical load in terrestrial vertebrates. Methods: histological, histo- and cytochemistry, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, autoradiography, cell culture, morphometric and statistical analysis, were used a special program of image processing in light microscopy. The obtained new to science data on cellular features of heterochrony development of skeletal bookmarks in the ontogenesis of some terrestrial vertebrates. The features of the cellular composition of bone marrow stroma in representatives of amphibians and birds, containment and cytomorphological features of blood-forming organs of poikilothermic vertebrates were studied. In experiments with modeling hypokinesia investigated changes in the structure of the vascular complex of long bones. With the use of radionuclides studied the dynamics of differentiation and the intensity of collagen biosynthesis of osteoblasts, in conditions in vitro - potency for differentiation of osteogenic progenitor cells. The studied the changes in ultrastructure and in the populations of osteoblasts, osteocytes, osteoblasts under the lowering mechanical load. Based on the research proposes a new concept of the cellular mechanisms of remodeling and mehanotransduction in bone tissue under reducing support load on the bone skeleton. SDR results are of fundamental importance and may be used in medicine in developing methods for the treatment and prevention of osteoporosis. It is also recommended for inclusion in the curricula and textbooks on cytology, histology, zoology. Bone tissue, hematopoietic tissue, cartilage cell, differentiation, hypokinesia, terrestrial vertebrates, histology, electron microscopy, autoradiography, tissue culture.
