The new mechanisms of ultra low frequency waves generation of in the Earth magnetosphere is analyzed: 1) due to change of solar wind parameters and generation of day magnetosphere oscillation; 2) sudden impulses of solar wind; 3) due to Kelvin-Helmholtz instability on magnetopause; 4) fast magneto-sound waves, that propagated on the magnetosphere waveguide. According to satellite measurements the peculiarities of the polar ionosphere wave disturbances is investigated. The technique for main features of acoustic-gravity waves (AGW) determination based on the satellite single-point density measurement was elaborated. The energy balance of AGW above the polar caps was determined. Theoretical simulation of the wave processes in the Earth ionosphere was made.
