The aim of the work consisted in establishing of the general regularities of the manifestation of size effects and peculiarities of the structure in the optical and spectral properties of the bulk, thin film and nanostructured materials based on ferroics with an organic cation and phosphor oxides. The subject of the study included: structure, electrophysical, optical and spectral properties of the bulk, thin film and nanostructured phosphor oxides and ferroics with an organic cation. For the first time using the method of chemical vapor deposition in the air atmosphere different types of nanostructures based on zinc oxide were obtained. The model of gas sensor based on the dependence of ZnO nanostructures photoluminescence on the concentration of absorbed gas (e.g. oxygen) has been developed. Nanocomposites based on DEACC, ТЕАССВ (the sizes of the nanocrystals varied within 8-100 nm for different samples) and ZnO (50-100 nm) nanocrystals were created. The method of increasing of thermal stability of polymers based on inclusion of the ferroic nanostructures on the example of the poly (methyl methacrylate) was proposed. The technology and model of the photodiode with sensitivity in the wide spectral region (500-2000 nm) based on ZnO/Si heterostructure were developed. Fundamentally new nonlinear materials "bulk crystal + ZnO thin film" and "ZnO thin film with deposited gold nanoparticles" have been obtained. The manifestation of quantum and size effects in the thermochromic properties of DEACC-II and in charge transport of the nanocomposite films based on TEACCB were revealed. For the investigation of the structure peculiarities the X-ray diffraction analysis, second electron emission and atomic-force microscopies were involved. Various methods of investigation of the optical, photoelectric and luminescent properties were utilized. Some of the effects obtained in the framework of this work were observed for the first time. Particularly, It concerns the piezoelectric resonance in ultra high frequencies and the effect of suppressing of the thermochromic phase transition in nanocomposites. The developed technology of the ultra high frequency transducers production has no analogues in the world. The authenticity, accuracy and correctness of the obtained scientific results are ensured by choosing adequate and precision experimental methods as well as good repeatability of the results.
