It was shown that under real distribution laws tolerance regions are formed as non-symmetrical ellipsoids with different semi-axes on every coordinate. The ratio between geometric models of tolerance regions and linear models of operational capability region boundaries was defined. The ration takes into consideration non-symmetry of ellipsoidal tolerance regions and interval character of operational capability region boundaries. Methods of boundary values estimation of monotone and non-monotone output functions were developed for geometrical objects of tolerance regions. Analysis of boundary values of output function was carried using an iterative algorithm which allows non-symmetry of ellipsoidal tolerance regions and interval character of operational capability region boundaries. Comparing of proposed methods of boundary values estimation showed that using of real parameter distribution laws and tolerance regions in form of non-symmetry ellipsoids allows taking into consideration differences of parameter distributions from normal and accuracy rising of output functions estimation.
