Purpose of the study is to develop methods for using the sensing signals of different nature of the information on the status, species composition, structure and parameters of natural and biological environment and micro-and nanoelectronic devices and systems. At this stage in the project based on studies of plant objects by means of sensing with high spatial and spectral resolution were developed: - the methods of classification of objects using a variety of strongly correlated with significant signs of their variations for each of the classes - how to create maps of debris fields, infestation crop diseases and pest control technologies for precision farming. Based on studies of natural objects and environments: - Develop methods to identify patterns of layered objects by the superposition of the overlapping of the reflected pulse echo, under the influence of various obstacles, including interference from multiple reflections inside the object itself - the development of imaging techniques derived from the sensing synthesized images of objects as a method of computer vision - study the possibility of using the developed adaptive methods and the method of transformation of the Wigner-Villa for the analysis of coherent and incoherent pulsed imaging and detection and segmentation of informative structures. During the project, carried out development of methods for identification of nonlinear micro-and nanoelectronic devices and systems with lumped and distributed parameters based on analysis of steady-state response to a multitone test signal design for measuring their dimensional characteristics in the frequency or time domain.
