The subject of inquiry temperature-rate parameters for directional (mono) crystallization; heat-treatment regimes and mechanical properties of the developed save-alloyed by rhenium and other scare elements alloy ЗМИ-3УМ2 (ЖС-32Э). Purpose of the work is optimization of directional (mono) crystallization rate according to the results of maximal percentage of good castings by macrostructure and optimization of heat-treatment regimes providing structural stability and the same level of mechanical properties in comparison with alloy ЖС-32, while the developed alloy costs cheaper. Methods of investigation: thermal-differential analysis; metallographic metod and electrone microscopy; X-ray spectral and X-ray microstructural analyses; short-term and long-term mechanical testing under the influence of high temperature. Application of the blades made of the alloy developed for different versions of ground turbine Д-336 allows to increase reliability of the blades during the whole service live. Introduction of the developed alloy to commercial production instead of expensive alloy ЖС-32 allows to achieve significant economic benefit for gas-transporting system of Ukraine.
