The aim - developing and testing the methods, interval models and information technology to control vehicles pollution based on a priori analysis of information characteristics of the environment under conditions of random and interval (bounded by amplitude) components of errors in the data. Research methods - methods of interval data analysis, methods of correlation analysis, computer modeling techniques, methods of design of experiments, optimization methods, methods of system theory. The results - a new measurement network architecture, the method of modeling dynamic losses due to air pollution by vehicles, interval models environment characteristics, dynamic model of losses due to air pollution by vehicle, the information database of measured concentrations of vehicle pollution and measurement conditions inclcuding client and server software. The practical value of the project is to improve the monitoring of vehicle air pollution, optimization the traffic intensity by criteria of pollution minimizing, reducing the cost of expensive measuring of pollution concentrations by sanitary-epidemiologic stations, improving the method of calculating the environmental damage caused by vehicle pollution.
