The work purpose - to develop and introduce the local protocol of medical aid for patients with arterial hypertension in polyclinic State Institution of Science "Research and Practical Center of Preventive and Clinical Medicine" State Administrative Department (SIS "RPC PCM" SAD) taking into account requirements of demonstrative medicine. Methods of researches: the method of system analysis, the methods of medical statistic, epidemiological, clinical, instrumental, laboratory. Results: The local protocol of rendering of medical aid by the patient on an arterial hypertension in the SIS "RPC PCM" SAD is developed. For the first time in Ukraine the developed unified cards of definition and monitoring of risk factors, stratification of risk by an arterial hypertension. Argumented criteria also are developed clinical indicators for an estimation of quality medical aid. The circular for increase of awareness patients with arterial hypertension was offered. The retrospective analysis of rendering of medical aid by the neurologic patient with an arterial hypertension according to medical cards of the outpatient is carried out, the algorithm and standardized a card of definition and monitoring of risk factors of brain complications is developed. Offers on improvement the local protocol of medical aid for patients with arterial hypertension, his local protocol of medical aid of rendering of medical aid on a specialty "Nervous illnesses" in the SIS "RPC PCM" SAD were made. Prevalence of an hyperuricemia at the served population of 164 medical cards of the outpatient by an hyperuricemia was defined; 94 with complications in the form of a heart attack of a myocardium and-or sharp infringements of brain blood circulation; 127 patients with a gout is carried out.
