The object of study: surgical diseases and anaesthetic supply. 620 patients with surgical diseases and anaesthetic supply (basic group) have been examined. The patients which have been treated by the traditional methods formed the control group. The objective of study is to develop scientifically grounded criteria of surgical treatment of patients under the conditions of in-patient short term hospital. The methods of study are following: clinical examination, ultrasonic diagnostics, magnetic resonance tomography, computed tomography, medico-statistical analysis. The results. We found that miniinvasive operations in experimental group were marked by shorter treatment length, weaker pain syndrome, bed day and temporary disability shortening. They are characterized by low complication level and short length of in-patient hospital treatment; this is an optimal method of surgical interference, because it traumatizes minimally tissues and at the same time keeps organ functions. The miniinvasive surgical interferences are effective at cholelithiasis, urolithiasis, strictures of kidneys pyeloureteral segment, abdominal wall hernias, gastroesophageal reflux, uterus leiomyoma, varicose veins of lower extremities, spine degenerative diseases, sensorineural deafness under the conditions of in-patient short term hospital to improve the quality of medical care for patients with surgical pathology.
