Methods of research: questioning, сlinical-laboratory inspection, trouble-shooting test with inhibitor of a proton pomp, a diurnal monitoring рН an esophagus, endoscope research of an esophagus. For carrying out of research the following equipment was used: рН-monitor " Gastroscan-24 " ( Fryazino, Russia), videoendoscopes system "Olimpus", model GIF-V-70, "Fuginon", model WG-88FP, microscopes. As a result of the conducted researches prevalence gastroesophageal reflux disease in Ukraine is investigated by the example of the Kharkov region. The frame gastroesophageal reflux disease in the organized and unorganized populations is determined. The most wide-spread forms gastroesophageal reflux disease are discharged. It is proved, that at persons of the Kharkov region extraesophageal exhibitings gastroesophageal reflux disease meet at 62 % surveyed. Reports, standards of diagnostics gastroesophageal reflux disease are developed, including at presence extraesophageal exhibitings. The diagnostic significance and economic feasibility of use of the pharmacological paste is determined with the purpose of differential diagnostics extraesophageal exhibitings gastroesophageal reflux disease. The procedure of carrying out of the paste with inhibitors of a proton pomp is developed. It is carried out pharmacoeconomic analysis "expenses - efficacy" treatments of patients with different forms gastroesophageal reflux disease at use original and generic drugs - inhibitors of a proton pomp. Schemas of treatment gastroesophageal reflux disease with use of different inhibitors of a proton pomp, the most efficient and expedient from the economic point of view are developed.
