The methods of researches - in carrying out research using conventional microbiological and biochemical methods, as well as methods of carried out of the field experiments and statistics. The objects of research - the biological preparations: Phosphoenterin, Polymyxobakterin, Albobakterin; soil experimental plots: dark brown, chernozem southern, the plants of winter wheat (cv. Fantasia Odessa), spring barley (cv. Stalker). Results. The influence of combined application of biological preparations on the base of phosphatemobilizing bacteria and phosphoric fertilizers on the yield of cereals under field experiments was studying, the economic efficiency of microbial agents are determined. The positive effect of pre- sowing inoculation of seeds to grain productivity of spring barley and winter wheat was established. The highest yield of winter wheat varieties Fantasy Odesskaya was obtained under using biological preparations (Polymyxobakterin, Phosphoenterin, Albobakterin) on the background P30: 37%, 32%, 17% to control, respectively (average over 3 years). The highest add of yield of spring barley varieties Stalker obtained under using Polymxobakterin on unfertilized plots and Phosphoenterin on the background of calculated dose of fertilizer (N57P0K0): on 3.9 kg / ha (17%) and 6.7 kg / ha (20%), respectively, compared with the control (average over 3 years). Calculation of economic efficiency of bacterization showed that the profit by using Phosphoenterin in the technology of growing of spring barley was 36-68%, profitability - 9-22%. The use of biological preparations for growing the winter wheat provided a profit on the background of P30: 1370 and 1170 UAH / ha (Polymyxobakterin and Phosphoenterin respectively) return in this case amounted to 230% and 218% respectively. It was established that the biological agents of microbial agents (for example Phosphoenterin) successfully sursvival into root and actively reproduction into rhizosphere soil (chornozem southern, dark-brown soil) of the crops. The positive effect of pre-sowing inoculation on the dynamics of the main indexes of biological activity (quantitative of microbial groups, phosphatase activity, the allocation of CO2) of the rhizosphere soil of cereal in phases of developments of plants are revealed. It was established that the inoculation increases the number of CFU of microorganisms in the phase of tillering and yield of spring in the tube: in 1,3-2 times in comparison with control. In the same phase was marked the most noticeable effect of biological preparations on soil phosphatase activity in the rhizosphere of barley for all backgrounds of fertilizer. The inoculation also contributed to significant increase of the phosphatase activity in rhizosphere soil of wheat during the spring-summer growing season against a background of P30, P60 and unfertilized plots. The application of biological preparations significantly increased the intensity of the CO2 emissions of the rhizosphere soil of cereals: barley - using of Polymyxobakterin on unfertilized plots and Phosphoenterin against P30; winter wheat - in the phase of tillering on the background P30 and P60.
