These characteristics are due to the influence of thermal and radiation factors. At the initial stage the amorphous structure is formed, with increasing of coating thickness it transformed to nanocrystalline structural state. Negative bias on the substrate leads to increasing of radiation effect and defectiveness, which occurs with increasing of centers of nucleation on the surface of condensation, and with decreasing the degree of texturing. Negative bias gives the possibility for obtaining of amorphous-like nanocrystalline structures with relatively low values of hardness (25 GPa) and elastic modulus (~ 260 GPa). The formation of the nanocrystalline metal-fullerite films using the simultaneous deposition of metal (Au, Ag) and fullerene were defined. Moreover, the presence of fullerene molecules contributes the decreasing the size of metal crystallites.
