Researches of a standard living population it is executed on the basis of the complex analysis of indicators which charecterise: a condition of a material condition of the population, a condition of a life and a condition of the social environment on village. The especial attention is given the analysis of incomes and expenses of inhabitants of inhabitiants of village during 2000-2009. On the basis of the spent researches offers for increase of an occupaton level and population incomes, separately fall of level of poverty on village are prepared.
