Theory of process are developed on basis of physics of the electric discharge in the gas environs and probability of processes. Experimental researches on the industrial equipment was carried out. They confirm adequacy of theoretical positions to practical results. The power model of process for the first time is offered on the basis falling stream power spectrum formation. The system of criteria follows from this model. Their real application allows to analyze the received results of processing and to project technological processes depending on parameters of updating necessary for operation. The mechanism practical application of technology developed as well. They are: technological process control, the equipment for it's' realization, peculiar management condition.
