Aim of research is to ground the main directions of modern physical culture and sport institute reformation in the context of modern humanitarian discuss. Methods of research: system method, hermeneutic; researching, analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature data. Results of research: the hypotheses was developed, that nowadays, when society becomes more and more "the society of knowledge", healthy life-style, which is immanent to the society of knowledge, acts not just as an adequate response to the challenges of modern life, but also as a direction in defining the future of mankind. The demand of reformation life-style on the basis of healthy life-style in our country is grounded, this life-style, which emerged during the independence years. It is proved, that in our country, which is close to transformation limit, coming to the new system of basic values, life-style, social institutes structure, is still ongoing by the conditions of political economical, social and cultural undefined situation, devaluation of common ideologies, conservation of social crisis. The consequence is maid, that optimal salvation of healthy life-style problem is in connection with civilization self-definition, with formation of national conscience and its world out look, with choosing spiritual values and historical ideals, adequate orientation of Ukraine in world cultural and historical space. The international conference and Round table for aspirants were held. The scientific journal of the second International scientific theoretical conference "Paradigm of healthy life-style: spiritual and physical components" was published. Sphere of introduction: the achieved results could be used by developing different social programs of the national health and life promotion system and in scientific researches in the field of physical education and sport. The results could be used in the educational plans in the field of physical activity.
