Problem of perfection of training process of sportsmen on the stages of long-term preparation in the sporting types of gymnastics indissolubly connected with the questions of rational construction of training process. Such approach is based first of all on claim of V.M. Platonov, that a training process should be considered as an aggregate of different structural elements, which submits to the decision of main strategic task, and every element of structure has connection with a decision, that inherent to his tasks. Having regard to it, the target of researches of the final stages of research effort was the determination of priority directions of perfection of preparation of sportsmen in the system of the long-term training in sporting kinds of the gymnastics. Perfection of technical preparedness is in the supporting jumps of sporting gymnastics on the stage of the specialized base preparation. Analogous system researches in sport have not been conducted before. Practical value: the results of work can be inculcated into educational process from discipline " Theory and methodology of teaching of sporting types of gymnastics" and in the process of preparation of sportsmen of different qualification in a sporting gymnastics, calisthenics and acrosport.
