Results: Based on the development of training actions, which are based on means of implementation of neurogenic, hypoxic and acidosis drives reactions, as well as work force characteristics are shown new possibilities for controlling the training process of qualified athletes, depending on the purpose of training or competition activity. Substantiated that the use of special programs, training facilities, which are based on modes of exercises aimed at realizing the physiological reactions of incentives affects the nature of adaptation, increases the stimulating nature of the main training facilities. These programs are a factor in increasing the functionality of the changing conditions of training and competitive activities, depending on the targeting of micro mesocycles training.
