Object of research: process of restoration by means of physical rehabilitation of the locomotor's and nervously-muscular system of persons with a pathology of a backbone. Theoretical and practical approaches to the use of therapeutic exercise in the rehabilitation of patients with spinal pathology. Determined the significance of physical rehabilitation and research methods in the pathology of the spine. Found some ways to solve the problem concerning the regulation of physical activity in occupation health and rehabilitative focus. The programs of physical rehabilitation for patients after surgical treatment of osteoarthritis of the spine are developed. Efficiency of developed applications is proved. Main provisions contained in 12 scientific articles, 10 of them - are published in specialized publications, approved Higher Ukraine. Presented program implemented in the work of the Institute of Neurosurgery Sciences of Ukraine named by acad, A.P. Romodanov.
