Aim: study of immune characteristics of basic collections of the main vegetable cultures NCPGRU with the use of different infectious backgrounds; picking out of the sources with the stable manifestation of individual and complex stability; carrying out of selections for getting immunologically even line material; formation on the basis of the singled out sources tomato and carrots working collections with the resistance of the mostly widely -distributed diseases. Methods: field, laboratory, statistical. Phytoimmunological characteristics of core collections of tomato (579 samples from 29 countries) and carrot (138 samples from 17 countries) is received on different infectious backgrounds. On the conditions of artificial infectious back-grounds samples collections is formed samples - differentiators (68 pieces). Identified 36 resistance sources to tomato Early dry spot. The working symbolic collection of tomato (31 sources) on the basis of resistance to early dry spot and Fusarium wilt. In the natural infectious background color of the complex 12 sources of resistance to late blight and early dry spot tomato, 27 - to late blight. In the conditions of natural infection background identified 36 resistance sources carrots to white rot, 12 - to black and white rot, 20 - to white rot and phoma rot, 42 - to black, white rot and phoma rot. In NCPGRU registered 2 lines of tomato and 3 - carrots, for registration filed with the working identification carrot is given for registration.
