For raising of seed output of complex maternal forms (CMS) six preparations have been chosen (DG-77 DG-777, DPR-77, DPR-82, DG-475 (12) and DG-560), which stimulated raising of seed productivity of two lines CMS by 27,9-157% in tests as compared with control. According to the re-sults of biotests in the culture of explants of cucumber hupocotyls in vitro as to the exposing growth regulators of cytokinin action, the preparations DPR-827775, D-46 103 have been chosen, which promoted the rainforcement of the regeneration level of adventive sprouts and formation of plants-regenerants by the way of-somatic embriogenesis. The variants of induction nutrient mediums have been worked out, that allow to receive callus of androgenetic origin in a culture of cu-cumber anthers in vitro. It has been established, that for this purpose, the agarized nutrient medium is suitable B5 (Hamborh, 1975), which contains 50 g/l of sucrose or 90 g/l of glucose and the following compositions of the growth regulators: 0,2 mg/l 2,4-D and 0,2 mg/l of kinetin, 1mg/l BAP and 0.05 mg/l IAA. The morpho-genetic potentials of 29 genotypes in the culture of isolated anthers in vitro have been studied, among which in 19, at different modifications of the induction me-dium B5, the callus culture with the frequency of formation 0,25-16,7% was re-ceived. It has been established that considerable influence on the growth induction of proembryonal callus in cucumbers anthers has the preliminary treatment of do-nor plants with the growth regulators, using for this purpose naphtilacetic acid and preparations of growth regulating action, derivative to pyridine DPR-777, D-77KU, D-777V115 allows to strengthen the process of androgenetic new forma-tionns in cucumber anthers by 11,0-112,0%.
