The main aim of investigations: to study the influence of systematic fertilizers applying and their after-action in specialized rotations on the soil fertility, crop-capacity of vegetable cultures, their quality and environmental protection. The work was conducted with the use of the field experiments and laboratory-statistical analyses. In the conditions of Left-bank Forest-steppe of Ukraine on black soil typical at irrigation in a link 9 - multiple vegetable - borage crop - rotation is the best system of fertilizer organic-mineral, which includes bringing under a barley and wheat N60P60K60, under a cucumber 33 t/ha manures and N90P60K60, under a onion a turnip - N90P90K90. Such system of fertilizers allows to multiply productivity of corn cultures on 12-64%, of many years herbages - on 11-35%, cucumber - on 29-35%, onion - on 54-64%. Profitability of the use of organic-mineral makes the system of fertilizers at growing of cucumber 99%, onion - 51%, income about 8600-23200 UAH/hа. Their after-action on productivity of vegetable plants proceeds on a 13-16 year of the systematic bringing of fertilizers; most substantial there is after-action of complete mineral (N1742P1080K2160) and organic-mineral systems of fertilizer (to a 417,4 t/ha pus + N1742P1080K2160). Some "fading" of efficiency of after-action of different systems of fertilizer and strengthening of degradation processes in black soil typical is marked (degumification, reduction of maintenance of mobile contence of potassium). After other agrophisical and after agricultural chemistry indexes of soil stabilization is marked.
