The dynamics of quantitative signs of the plants of the first and second years of growing has been studied during four generations. It has been exposed, that the signs of inbred depression are present in all variants to a certain extent. The practical recommendations on creation of fertie lines have been worked out. It has been recommended for selection lines with high seed productivity to include 3 plants into the group of pollination for getting polymorphism lines according to the morphological signs 5 plants showed be used. It is inexpediently to apply repollination of the limited quantity of plants longer then during three generations. The method of induction of new formations in the culture of unpollinated carrot seed-embrio in vitro has been worked out, which allows to receive dihaploid plants for 1 year and hastens the creation of lines for 5 years. The following carrot lines of the variety Nantsky have been created and given for registration into the NCGPRU: the line Korysna with high content of sugars and vitamins, line Kraplynka with the marker sign of fertility, line Yarina with the lengthened root, line Kompaktna with high seed prodactivity.
