The aim of the work: to elaborate express-methods of defining of the rich in vitamins, resistant against diseases lines for creation of hybrids with high level of combinative ability and donor qualities. Methods of investigations: hybridization, individual and mass selection. During 2006-2010 years 1 variety, 5 lines, the method-classifier, catalogue-reference, patent have been created. As a result of selection work the new variety of root parsley Bilyavka, the best in crop capacity of root crops by 60%, by root crops marketability and rosette of leaves by 4%, by seeds crop capacity (by 5%) and good condition (5%) was created. The content of vitamin C is 16 mg/100g more. The method of selection: the improvement of the variety Kharkovchanka and creation of the new one with the help of the selective method. Jhe way of growing curly parsley plants has been worked out, the essence of which is that treatment of plants with growth regulators leads to the yield increase by 25-28%. Jhe catalogue-reference was worked out, where the results of genofond study of the vegetable plants varieties are given:curly parsley, parsnip, odorous celery. Jhe methods of maring varieties, lines and hybrids examination for homogeneity, difference and stability is improved.
